Ok, I will try to keep it short and to the point. Yesterday I purchased a brand new Dart based 427W short block that was built by BES w/ Dart Pro1 heads that were CNCed from Dart. Engine was built for boost in mind, 101mm turbo. I didn't need this engine but I couldn't pass up on the deal. Now I'm thinking about pulling the Dart based 434W Nitrous engine out of the coupe and putting the 427W Turbo engine in. The other thing is I no longer want to race the car, I want to make this a street car again and be able to drive it anywhere and not need to worry about the drive ability of the engine. Also, I'm thinking about just putting in a 331 or 347 w/ a 5-speed or 6-speed trans and driving the heck out of it, any ideas? Maybe put a turbo on one of those combos? I could sell both engines and just build something else, I don't know what I'm going to do. Anyone want to buy a 434, 427 or a 1990 LX Mustang w/ a 321 BES (unconfirmed) stroker engine 5-speed car, Lol.

427 with a 94mm for street use if track and street a 101 is fine. I had a 427 with th400 and 1.0 A/R pt101 was fun, a little less lag would have been good for a street car

WOW Shane! Business must be booming. Keep the 427. Sell the 433 and use part of the money for a high quality FI kit of some nature. Run whatever tranny you currently have the car set up for and get this thing on the street THIS YEAR PAL!

Just the kit really. At the power level u were going for with the nitrous combo your fuel system and other components were up to snuff already. The converter is gonna need to be changed more than likely but only testing will tell for sure. Holley takes care of everything else.

I have been convinced that an 88mm Turbo is now in my future, the 434W Nitrous engine will be pulled and set a side for now. I could always change out the pistons and cam down the road to use it as a back up engine, much less expensive than taking a huge loss on it. Thanks to everyone that has been insightful about this, car will once again have to go to Rogue Race Cars for additional mods for this new application.
P.S. Look in the Cars section for the 1990 LX 5.0 I have recently posted for sale, that sale will fund this new transition.
