I just finished rebuilding one (first time) and these videos were great. Especially for the assembly of the output shaft which is not really clear in the tremec manual.

I rebuild T5s as well. I keep tremec parts in stock. Usually have one sitting here ready to go, but the demand for them has gone down.

Mike at Dayton Performance did mine. Upgraded to 2.95 gearset, carbon fiber blocker rings and kept the original OD gear making 5 gear taaallllllllll. Makes the 4:10 very agreeable on the highway. 2300 RPM at 80mph with a 25.5 tall tire.

Transmission shifts like butter and seems to get better with every mile.

Very reasonably priced.
