Fillmore's Dairy Hut

I stopped in Fillmore's Dairy Hut on Burlington Pike in Florence Kentucky today for the first time and ordered a chocolate malt... excellent choice, huge menu as well :bigthumb

If you like icecream and have eh day off a group of us are heading to Young's Dairy up around Fairborn, Ohio from Hooters on Rt4 on 4/27/2014 @ 1:00pm. I'venot tried Youngs yet but can only imagine what icecream made from, fresh milk will taste like.

I'm an ice cream junkie. Dad worked maintenance at kroger Icecream plant.

I am old enough to remember when Drug Stores had soda fountains., This was before "imitation ice cream" I used to love Rotman's Drug Store in downtown Milford. Great soda fountain.

Man I forgot all about Johnny Rockets. Wish there was one around here.
My favorite experience there is finding out there was one in Kuwait City when I had some R&R on deployment.

Now I need to go to Columbus, lol
