OK guys hears the deal. I'm putting together a little car show for a fund raiser for the men's fellowship at our church. This is the first time I've tried to do this but I kinda stuck my head out and told them I could fill the lot lol...With your guys support I'm sure we can. I don't want it to be all just full out show cars but cool hot rods also. There will be trophies and dash plaques. I'm also talking to orieleys about goodie bags. There will be food and the ladies group will be setting up a garage sale and baked goods!!:bigthumb I'm looking at $5.00 a car spectators are free. This will be a good excuse to hang out and get those rides out of the garage. It is at A New Beginning Church 200 S. Marshall Rd. Middletown Oh. 45044 I will Iron out the date and get it posted Thanks Bill....

Get to QSL Colerain and Milford and florence with a bunch of flyers. Charge $10 to get enter. Offer top 25 trophies on popular vote. Entrants and spectators can vote. Have one larger trophy for top vote. Give 2-3 weeks time frame notice. easy peazy japanezy. Make sure you indicate that it is a fund raiser for the Mens Fellowship and be prepared to explain what that is all about. You may have to file some tax forms on it through the church as well to keep it from being taxed.
Set a date and as long as there aren't other shows or my wife doesn't have a doctors appointment that day I will gladly support your cause. Post it up. And post it on other sites as well.

I'll pass it on to a few folks I know at work that are members of car clubs that love car show fund raisers.

A fellow Dayton cop's family runs A-1 trophy on Watervliet in Dayton (Belmont).
Tell them about the cause, and tell them Det. Roberts is a forum buddy of yours.
Ask for Mark or Greg, they both work for DPD.
