I picked this up from Novi306 thinking I might put a 5 speed in the coupe. After putting some thought into I don't really have any desire to do it. The transmission still retains the factory I.D. tag with part number 1352-239 that decodes as 1993 Cobra. He had this transmission rebuilt and literally put it up on a shelf 6 years ago. A severe wrist problem has eliminated him driving a 5 speed in general now so he went ahead and got rid of it. It is complete with bell housing (E3ZR-6394-AA), Clutch fork and factory shifter. All in great working order and ready to go. I also got another V8 bellhousing in the deal. I would like to get my $600.00 back out of it and $60 for the extra bellhousing. I would consider trading it for a GOOD used shortblock with good pistons in it. Something that can handle some boost;)

Here are the specs

Who rebuilt it and what was done?

No clue. He was a former employee at the Borg Warner plant where these were manufactured in Muncie, Indiana. Novi306 may know more about what was done. He had the work done. I would guess it had a complete brand new gear set with synchros and everything. Lots of those were sold out the back door of that place back in the day!
