Looking for a roofer to do a tear off on the garage. Will need some wood replaced. Evidence of some rot. Estimated 250 sq ft of roof. It is a pretty small one car detached garage.
My dream of putting up a new one has gone in the drink. Furnace/AC need replaced, Dog keeps getting sick and needing to go to the vet, and wifey just noticed the 1/2 carat Si2/G clarity princess cut diamond is missing from her engagement ring ($1000 deduct on homeowners). Been a real treat at the redfirepearlgt home this year. But things could always be worse.
