Tig welding on Westside (Delhi area)

I need a small hole tig welded on an aluminum coolant crossover pipe on my eclipse. It's kind of a tight area but definitely possible. Taking it off isn't the easiest option as it requires manifold and turbo removal. Anyone know of anyone close to my area?
