I bought these a few months ago for a project and didn't end up using them. CRC did a valve job on them and they have new seals, springs, locks and retainers. They also come with Motorsport tall valve covers and roller rockers. I paid 450.00 for them and I'd just like to get my money back out of them.

Wouldn't want to sell just the valve covers would you?

Do These require special headers? 1.6 or 1.7 roller rockers

1.6 rockers and according to the brochure when they came out, everything should bolt up. I don't have any experience with standard headers, because the high ports that are on my current motor have headers that face the other direction.

Everything that I have read on them say that the old school street heats (high ports) and the exhaust port is raised .750". On Corral they talk about them and say a specific header is required.

not sure Brian, I find threads where people said they'll bolt right up. It probably depends on slight variances in headers.

If you needed a specific header, I guess it's no different than having a P head, except these flow considerably better.

A normal header will bolt up. They do not require a special header. The exhaust ports are raised .750 inches, so a long tube will be extremely close to your floor pan. On my car, all I did was use drop mounts. Problem solved

I wouldn't have any header issues anyways in the 30 Model A pickup!

They're a super nice set of heads. I'd buy them back if I didn't have 3 sets of heads as it is. Lol

I figured I'd put them here first for the SBZ crew but I'll probably list them for more on Craigslist or some of the facebook groups. I don't think they'll last long.

CL is a trip. I was actually asked if these were 225cc intake runners.
