Ok I have 2 completely fresh engines sitting here. I will be using which ever one does not sell. First is the 427, I bought this as a backup engine however I just rebuilt my 408 so this one is still sitting. Just had a retaining wall fall at my house and the builder wont back up his work so Im going to have to pay out of pocket to have it rebuilt and then sue him and would like to build up my cash fund to do so. This is the one that Ray had BES build and then Shayne ended up with it and now myself. Here is the ad that Shayne posted and nothing has changed at all. Would really like to get $7500 for it but open to offers. Would also throw in some powder work for the engine if buyer would be interested. Thanks guys
As much as I hate to do this I'm going too, I have a complete new long block for sale. I picked this up a couple months ago with the anticipation of turbo charging it down the road. I really hope I do not regret doing this but here we go. Once again this is a complete new build, never fired or even put into a car. Dart short block built by BES, 4-bolt mains on 2,3 & 4, big bore 4.125", Eagle 4.00"crank and 6.200" rods, Diamond custom dish turbo pistons @ 9.5:1 compression ratio with 60cc heads, Dart Pro1 CNC heads w/ 2.08" intake and 1.60" exhaust valves, 60cc cleaned combustion chambers, Comp 1.6 Pro Magnum roller rockers, Comp push rods, solid roller link bar lifters, I believe it has a Bullet custom solid roller cam w/ .680 lift, Moroso aluminum oil pan with oil drains for turbo or supercharger, Cloyes true double roller timing chain set, this is internal 0-balance, ARP main and heads studs, remember that this is an easy 1000-1400 HP if not better with the correct turbo and fuel injection set up. I will get better photos soon and only for those that are serious about purchasing to ask the questions. There is over 11K invested in this engine

Next is the 408. It is fresh back from a complete freshen up from Steve Barker. It was an original Coast High Performance short block using a factory truck block. Steve just went thru it and polished the crank, installed new Ikon pistons to bump compression to 10-1, added new comp cam link bar lifters, arp head studs, mls head gaskets, new valve springs and of course all bearings and rings. The heads are Gary Rohe ported Canfields and the valve train is probe shaft rockers. Engine also includes freshly powder coated front cover, fabbed valve covers, moroso 7qt pan. Rebuild cost $4200 and would like to get $5500 for the engine. Will included everything but intake, water pump and dizzy however would include the meziere water pump for a good deal. Btw this engine put down 750hp and 872 tq to the tire thru a manual transmission with a 67mm turbo. Should easily see over 800/900 now with the same turbo. May even consider selling turbo setup with this engine and just run the dart motor n/a. If interested pm me or text/call at 513-703-5928.
