I want to shake the bushes and see if there's any garage space available. I need to do some repairs to my car. Not sure how long I will need it. I thought about renting a storage bin but I don't know if they will allow that kind of work. So if anyone has something or knows of anything available let me know how much. Thanks.

Ive used Best Self Storage on old 74 a few times. 24hr access, light inside the unit. Seen a few folks working on cars there, even a dirt track car. Id say if you had the fluids contained and didnt make a mess it wouldnt be an issue.

What are you looking to do and how far are you willing to travel to do so Tommy?

I d like to stay as close to home as possible. Just depends on the price and size. I could get by with just some minor repairs like fixing the oil leak, belts and pulleys. But I might try and address the noisey pilot bearing and the leaking diff. That's the general run down. I've had thoughts of cams, long tubes, k member and sra swap running through my brain also. But that would take longer. The funds aren't there. I found a place about 7 miles from home a 10x25 for 150. But you have to be out by 9pm.

I rented a 10x30 storage bin at Uncle Bob's self storage on old 74. It's about a mile from the house. Thanks for the offers fellas.

Will they be cool with you working on your car there?

I read through the agreement and rules quickly and didn't see anything pertaining to it. I got an over sized one so I could shut the door and have plenty of room. We'll see how it goes.
