After months of trying to get this done, I've finally accomplished getting the process started. The site may experience some downtime as this process happens. I will have to set up the pointers and this may delay getting to the site for a few. I don't anticipate any extended downtime as I go through this. It's a long story, but I believe allowing the host to also manage our domain name was how we were hacked. I will keep everyone apprised as the process proceeds. Thanks for your patience.

It is complete. I now have control over the domain once again.

Thank you! We owe a bunch to Cameron too, I couldn't have gotten it done without his help as well.
