Drywall work??

Need someone to fix a tape joint in my bathroom. The whole strip came down awhile ago and now I am about to put the place up for sale so I need it fixed. I want it to look great so not worried about paying more for great work. Located in the colerain area near rumpke

The tape joint is the ceiling peak just to be clear.

Chad had to have a ceiling redone and had good things to say about whoever it was. I can't find the thread he had, on here, so maybe he'll see it and chime in. IIRC, it was a members family member, who did the work.

Was motox159's dad. Did a great job. I asked if he wanted me to post a thread to help generate business but he declined. Said he preferred word of mouth business. I have his number and can PM you that information if you like. In fact I have another job for him here at the house if he's available. Had another ceiling in our bedroom give way. I am currently cleaning that mess up and going to get everything shimmed so its ready for a guy just to arrive hang, tape, mud and be done. So I've got some additional demo to do on what little is left up there. Long story on theory as to why ceilings in this house have given away. Roof is not leaking either. Hope this is the last one. All the others look fine.
