3.5" Exhaust Help

I have a truck that I need help with. It's a 07 Kenworth K360. Getting parts for this thing is a serious pain in the ass. In fact I went to the Columbus KW dealer and my VIN came up as a T800.

I need a total exhaust replacement, turbo back and am having problems finding even the part numbers. Does anyone know where I can get 3.5" exhaust bent?

Is it not something that you can use pre bent 3.5" and flex pipe?

I'd prefer not to. Its a little cab over/cab foward truck. I have been piecing it back together to make repairs and I would just like it to be as reliable as possible.
