Post with needs. No motor, no trans, has a clean title and was a 5 speed car.

What color is the interior? Is the rear head rest in good shape? Is it the padded type or the hard plastic type? Looking for a dark charcoal colored one with all the mounting tabs intact.

Only 1 tab still intact I just swapped the interior out with my other 01 gt so that's how I know this lol

Oddly enough, Ford changed the design in 04- they have a thin, lightweight hard plastic design and all of the front tabs are reinforced with gussets. Seems weird to make a change like that for the very last year, but I'm sure it was much cheaper to make than the older style with the plastic frame that was then padded and vinyl wrapped. Good option for those looking to save a few pounds though- the 04 style is noticeably lighter.

What color is the exterior? Do you have a uncracked cowl piece?
