I'm putting a call out to any one on the list that will be at E20 this Friday night. So who's gonna be there? I don't care if its number one. At least that gets me on the list even if I lose with the 12 slot open. Would love a run at Cameron, whoever "LAMBO" is or James "QTRmilerocket" to have a chance, but who ever is there...weather willing.

you can challenge anyone on the list at any time you think you have a chance. Make and model has no bearing. You can call out 2fast4U and run him in a Yugo if you wanted to. And who knows, he may break on the pass and your Yugo would be number one for a moment or two.

I will be at Edgewater Friday night, my wife informed me of this last night. So I will take over the racemaster duties for the evening. What say we meet up in that corner we were at in Oct last year? Where the two staging lanes form a T? I will get out of the house around 6 or so and head down barring any rain. And yes, all makes and models are encouraged to be on the list.

The Dirty Dozen list starts fresh every year, the Dirty Dozen Challenge list holders retain their position until their spot is taken year to year.

You are number 3. If you run NXCOUPE and beat him you become number 1 and he drops a place to number two, Kennebellcobra become number 3 right? Calling out the loser of your race has me running number the two spot right? OR does that mean I am running the number 3 slot? ITS SO FREAKING CONFUSING!!!! Either way...I'm running whoever loses that race Friday, and if Shannon is there I'll run him as well and if I feel still full of vinegar I'll run you to. And if Phil Hines and John Force shows up I'll run them also. I can lose all night long. I don't care I am just happy collecting bugs at high rates of speed on my windshield.:lol:

Mike (SN95/NA) wasn't able to make it due to a clutch issue so I took his #2 spot. Chad had a call out for the #3 spot with the loser of Me and Mike so that bumps Mike to #4 and Chad takes the #3 spot. Me and Chad raced for the #2 and I won that so Im still #2, Chad is #3 and Mike falls to #4.

So a couple of races happened tonight despite the rain delay. With mike wolfe dropping out the rest of us had a bit of a shootout with me falling to the other guys best runs to date in their respective cars!! Nice work chad and jon! So jon started the evening off by challenging me for my newly held #4 spot (sn95na dropped out of #4) and beat me by a few car lengths. I then challenged up to Chad while jon cooled his car down and lost to an amazing pass by chad who finally broke into the 10s. So he remained #3 and i remained #5. Jon then called out chad for his #3 but lost by a car or two because he got really loose mid track. It was a lot of fun and i was quite happy to hold my number 5 after they ran so well.

^^^ I knew it wasn't going to be long before the Sharks lurking in the deep decided to come to the surface to start feeding on us guppies. LOL! I won't be down this Friday. Time to get my spot back so I'm calling out Brain for the #2 spot for Friday@e20 and if he can't make it then I'm calling out Chad for #3.

And if Shane is up to it, I'll run him for the #1 spot after that.

I wont be able to make it down Friday. Go ahead and take my spot and Ill try to get it back later. The wife is having surgery Thursday so Ill be taking care of her all weekend. Atleast it got me out of work for a few days though!

I am not going to be available this Friday as it is Labor Day weekend and I want to see some family. But let me know when you can make it after taking care of wifey and we'll make it happen.

Sounds good to me. I like coming down to Edgewater, more so than Kilkare. The drive sucks but I like the track even though the prep is crap. Maybe its just the shade and making a bunch of passes!

I got to make 4 passes last night. They ran all the cars on slicks who are there for the big money race this weekend way more though. Plus you had 3 stops for breakdowns with the last one shutting down the creek side lane for the night. I did however hit 12.87 @104.77 for a new PB last night along with hitting a 1.80 60FT as well.

Well crap. Two whammy's keeping me from being there tomorrow night. 1. They are calling for rain higher than 65% chance and that has saved my cheese because 2. Its my 21st wedding anniversary. Thank the big man for once for rain in the forecast. Everyone on for pushing these callouts to next Friday due to high likelihood of rain tomorrow night?

Well I might just have to make a day for this Kilkare event. I may not be ableto make NMRA true street BG now because of a family reunion. I'm trying to get out of it however.

What's the rule about being broke ? There is a car on that list that I know doesn't have a motor in it currently. If that person doesn't fess up what happens ? I don't remember the rules for that.

Here is the rule for breakage. I feel that if its broke, your off. But that would be a question for Mike to answer. I think there are a couple that are broke and have been for a little while. 2 broke while we was racing but they was there when it happened and its nothing major, like and engine tore apart.

5) Break Rule - There is no "official" break rule, BUT, If you have a catastrophic failure you should probably remove yourself from the list. If you are challenged and cannot make a race due to breakage, you automatically forfeit that race. If you continue to be challenged while broke you will keep dropping spots until you are off the list. Just make it easier all the way around and ask to be removed. When you get car running again you can start challenging for spots again.

Yep, the rule sums it up. The list is designed to be self policing. If u know someone is broke, call them out, and everyone on the list should do in kind. The smart thing is for the 12 spot to call out the broken spot and move off the bubble. Guys are being nice and I can't fault them for that, but there is not going to be list police tossing people off, it's up to the list members and those that want on the list to keep everyone on point. Jmho, everyone can post their opinions, I like hearing other's input.

I agree. I had a break earlier in the summer but when chad called me out i busted my butt to get it together and race. The severity of the break might not be as important as the speed at which you can recover and respond to a challenge. If you cant race then you lose your spot. Chad gave me a week to meet him. It Seems like it will work itself out. Ask boostedgt on street outlaws. He was unable to meet callouts and eventually fell off the list. They are more aggressive than our group of nice guys though. I also hate to see a guy fall off the list when his car is not broken. I did like how shannon wanted his spot back bad enough that he called shayne back out before their cars were shutoff on friday. That is the "drive" that will police the list. My $0.02

YIP. Seeing the rule again I agree and I like it. It's like playing golf and being self accountable for your honesty on your strokes and calling penalties on yourself where the rules apply. Personally if I break I would pull myself off.

Beefcake, was that you at kilkare in september with the supercharged charger "helkitty" license plate? I am pretty sure you outran the couple of actual hellcats that were there. That is a cool "sleeper" car. I have thought for a while that a similar performing magnum would be the perfect "grocery getter" look with camaro crushing power. It would Surprise a lot of people.
