I have a good bottle and bracket. I am looking to purchase a complete entry level 4150 kit to run a 150 shot on HCI 302. What are your recommendations and what extra parts will I expect to purchase?

Even with the bottle and bracket you have now, your best bet is to purchase a complete new kit and be done with it.
I like Wilson Manifold kits, more expensive though. Look at NOS, NO2Xpress or Induction Solutions for better values.

Nitrous express sells an entry level kit minus the bottle for under $400.
