T56 swap into foxbody

I'm sure someone has done a t56 swap into a foxbody on here. I have an 84 with a 351, just wondering with the correct bell housing is it a direct bolt in? With of course drive shaft modification. Just didn't know if the shifter location changes etc.

Coyote swap guys do it all the time. You will likely need another crossmember. I have a stifflers crossmember to bolt a t56 into a fox that would work for you. I now need a crossmember to put my t56 in my 97.
