Was back home and had a chance to test a new action camera I picked up for $59 at MCM Electronics. It's short and sweet. Location? I won't divulge that information. But its definitely nowhere in this area or within 3 hours of here. I will just refer to it as "Back Home", my original roots.

What software did you use to edit it? And I am getting one of those cameras.

Magix Movie Edit pro. I had an older version of Corel Video Editing Software I liked as well, but WIN Security upgrades rendered it useless because of portals it allowed. So I nixed it and haven't upgraded yet to version 10. The microphone is to be desired but I am told that the mic on the Go Pro in direct wind is not much better for the $400 pricetag vice $59/ I rendered at web quality so the video final is not 1080P. I used the audio from the rear mount, ripped it and dubbedit into the birds eye view shot number two. I am going to pick up an external mic that can use the USB port on the camera so you can put a wind doo-hickey on it. That's a technical term. LOL! The camera is also 4K capable but you will need 4k compliant video hardware to use it as well as a 4K video screen. MCM Electronics is in Springboro BTW.

That is cool. I want one. Did you just get that software offline?

No. I bought it. You can make an on line purchase, but I prefer having a hard disk copy. Movie Maker on WIN 7 has some limited ability as well. I haven't used it to any major extent on WIN 7, but I did use the XP version (though very unstable) and it was very nice. Nicer and more versatile than the WIN 7 version. It's something good to start with for very basic editing.

You can get moviemaker on win 10 as well. I use that and I purchased the AVS line of product for the converters and stuff and it wa pretty cheap. Sony Vegas is good as well.
