The world lost a good man....

My wife's father passed away early this morning. It was sudden, but Donna and my daughter were able to go see him yesterday before he passed. Please keep her family in your thoughts and prayers. Karl was a really good man, a very hard worker and a good provider for his family.

Sucks to hear. He was a good guy. Lucky I got to meet him a few times over the years. Ill be thinking of you all.

Thank you all for your thoughts, prayers and kind words. It's been a difficult day today to say the least. Visitation will be on Monday and the funeral Tuesday. Those upcoming days will be extremely hard to get through but just knowing that he is in a better place eases the pain.

Thanks everyone. He really made me feel like part of the family. One of his prized possessions was the flag and certificates I had framed and gave to him for our wedding. He helped me out a lot over the years towing my junk around from place to place for me, never asking for a dime, but I always paid him anyway. Him and his little dog would show up to help me out.
