Sooooo, I bought back the car that originally got me into Mustangs to begin with. I owned the car for 18 years and sold it off against my better judgment. It came up for sale this past spring and with my wife nudging me we made it happen. Currently, it has a 306 with Edelbrock vic jrs, vic jr efi intake, 24lbs injectors, 75 tb, 75mm maf, F cam, long tubes, 2 1/2 inch x pipe and race bullets. Dynamic racing mighty might C4 trans with manual valve body, aluminum driveshaft and 3.73s. Has an unknown brand k member and control arms up front with strange adjustable struts and shocks out back. I am not a fan of autos. Even for racing. So I plan on swapping out to a tko set up in the future. Im with Greg, leave the C4 in and throw on a cheap turbo kit. Hard to beat that. Mine with the 3.27 gear is a blast to drive around on the street. Its not fast by any means but still fun as hell!

Update time. The auto is no more. The liberty, faceplated tko 600 is in. With the Mccloud twin disk clutch, steeda cable, quadrant and fire wall adjuster. Had to pony up for a stifflers cross member because the factory one had been altered to work with the auto. Also swapped out the flowmasters for a set of race bullets. Next up with be putting in the UPR chrome molly k member set up. I actually won it in a raffle. I have a whole $22 bucks invested in it lol. We believe it's the mild steel one from upr. But we aren't 100% sure. Im planning on getting it soon. Really hoping that the tracks open soon

Finally got around to putting the console back together in the car. Steeda offset shifter arm and the new shifter ball together. Need to find another grey console. Most of the tabs are broken on this one unfortunately. Was going to fire it up and go for a quick cruise but the battery was dead. So, one new battery and a set of hatch support struts that work later. I can now start this thing. But instead I'm going to sit in air condition and have a beer lol. Gotta love cars
