15" Rim, what is the correct backspacing for a 15x7 rim?

Also, what is the correct tire size?

I heard 235/60-15, but hopefully someone in here has this setup already and can clarify for me and post up pics?

Id like to keep it sitting like this and not have a taller in the front.

Man, I ran 15 x 7 on the front years ago and I can't remember what the backspacing was. I want to say it was 5".

Man those rear wheels look sexy on that car. Love how deep the dish can be and fit correctly on the 04 and older stangs.

Thanks!

After further review, a 225/60-15 should work better as its under 26" tall. Now Im in talks with the Billet Specialties guy and I gave him some measurements, so hopefully he can come up with the correct BS.

Using that site, I think Ill be running a 205/60-15 Its a bit narrower, but it should fit the 7" rim fine and it will be wider than whats on there now.

I pulled the trigger on...

15x7, 4.5 Rear Spacing
205/60-15 tires

Hopefully they fit right.

Hope so. Which spindles did you use? I'd be concerned they'd stick out too far possibly. Time will tell, hope they fit perfectly for ya.

Factory spindles. I measured everywhere i could and I gave the billet specialties guy some dimensions and he said I should be good to go. If anything, I might have to run a small spacer??
