ya...13-14:1 compression makes a big difference.
The compression is exactly 12.7
Man makes me wish I had more compression. I'm at 10.1:1 and it's getting more when the heads come off for sure. My last dyno was on 89octane and it seemed to not even care. Lol. Very nice work. I have a 347
Sure it is. Just needs a splash of race fuel. Lol
Cars running pump gas are better.:bigthumb
Pump gas is for pussies
12.7 compression would be good to run E85 in. It would probably pickup a little more hp also.
E85 I junk also. I know your car runs 9s but it would be faster with good gas
I want 15 more. Tell me how.
150shot!!!! Then you'd have over 600+/-rwhp, 9 second timeslips, 135+mph traps!!!
Or...pull the belt off of it! lol
I think I'm gonna try a little race gas or at least 93 octane and give it a little more timing. My goal at this point is 500. Maybe tune it on a cooler day. It was 89 in the dyno room. Lol
It was 92 in here when Mike Dyno'd his.:(
I would love to hear one vaild reason E85 is "junk" fuel and I don't mean because Billy down the street put it in his car and it blew up. E85 is no more a "junk" fuel than methanol, nitromethane, or anyone of of the dozens of leaded race fuels on the market. Like anything else it takes proper planning, proper parts, and proper tuning.
Craig(metcalf) is negative about everything. If his middletown butt buddies don't use it then it's not cool. You didn't know he's like Vin Diesel?
