There is no doubt in my mind Tim could have gone mid to high 9s on a radial with a few quick changes, and driven the car where ever you wanted him to. But knowing Tim he chose to change tires and hang out with his family instead of working on the car? Is this about right? You have a nice car but give credit when credit is due

His 10.5 was on Radials and NO NOS. BTW.

Just because Terry has AC and PS and all that other BS.....LOOK AT THE OUTSIDE OF HIS CAR!!! He has MORE advertisers on it and it looks like a BILLBOARD!! So who has more of a Street Car??? A plain jane looking Capri with no frills OR a 2011 Mustang with the Creature comforts and a million stickers all over it??

The race is over, MOST everyone had a Great time and the winner was decided. End of story.

I got an idea. Why doesnt Ned (Fasthawk) and Terry (Beefcake) set up a race? Id be curious to see what you two come up with.....Oh but wait, its easier to complain.:evilflip:

Ill get with Jay and see what the 8.5 schedule looks like. :bigthumb

Ill make sure to have my car there during the fall SCS and I will be on radials and I will try to drive it 55 miles one way just to shut this shit up. Everytime Craig does something like this you have someone else bitching about why they didnt win. The rules were clearly stated at the front of this thread... STFU already... Tim won, better

And for whats its worth Beefcake, you have a very nice car but if I had a 1000 hp street car that run low 10`s, I wouldnt be to impressed.

I already gave credit several times get the wax out of your ears .

all that I said was that once the car is on slicks. it is no longer a streetcar. slicks are illegal on the street. period.

So supporting those that support you make it not a street car? I guess everytime I see a Cincy speed banner on a car I should rip it off then?

I went straight to the car and put the sticker on and proud to display it.

Btw. It's legal to run stickers on the street.

For the record. Per the rules set forth. I did not win. TIM did. That is evident by the number 2 sticker displayed on the car. Congrats to him

Thanks Craig, had a great time, didnt get to run the car but will be there in the fall with car and trailer, not breaking down 50 miles from home and have to figure out how to get it back.
