My hero, Rob Lewis stopped down tonight and did me a huge flavor! :D
We got a lot done, but I forgot my camera in the car till I locked the shop up. :(
I'll explain the work we did as I post pics tomorrow. ;)
Ok, Its not much but here is an update on the progress.
I was wet sanding the door jambs and engine compartment last weekend and realized I had two more holes in the firewall that I wont be using.
Since I will be using a modified '03 Cobra style wiring harness, I can fill in the stock computer harness hole in the firewall and run it through the inner fender side of the firewall.
I also wont be using the stock lighting harness, so that one got filled too. I can run them on the driver side inner fender.
heres a few pics after filling that stuff in...

http://pic40.picturetrail.com/VOL366.../298542996.jpg
after blocking the door we wet sanded it with some 1000 grit paper to give it a nice shine so we could see any remaining bad spots. there were a couple. :(
Still looks cool as hell shined up though.

And Mr. Bad-ass himself, Rob Lewis from Rigid Race cars stopped down for a few minutes Saturday night and welded in my kicker bars for me. I dont think I really need them for it to pass a Cert. inspection, but they are there for piece of mind. :bigthumb
