Do you have a little more distanced shot of the blue/purple flip flop? Might look good on my brothers atv frame.

Here is an update on my brothers quad. We still have a couple parts we want to do but the bulk of it is done. I did the wheels in mirror blk and the nerfs/heel guards and front bumper in satin black and the exhaust in lime green.

Here is a really cool color I just did for the first time. It is a Harley color called Warlock gray. It is a gray texture that has a silvery, shimmery sparkle to it in the sun. These would really look sweet on someones car, btw they are for sale for $45.

That color looks sweet.
Will do Jim.
Yep, black in bulk.
Well here is my first try at ceramic. Now keep in mind these headers were quite crusty hence they are pitted pretty bad so they don't look really smooth. On a smooth surface the finish would look much better. So if anyone wants ceramic done on their exhaust or turbo setup let me know I'm finally up and running with it.:bigthumb

Here is a color I have not done in a while, wrinkle black. I believe these are sold already but I do have another set here I can do in any color you want.

I believe Gundog wants a set just like mine in the Carbide black or whatever you did mine in.Ill ask him tonight and see what he wants.
Thanks Andy just let me know I still have enough of that color here for a couple sets.
I still think wrinkle black kicks butt!!
My kit will be off and waiting for you this weekend
Can you coat them in / out?
Yes, however it is much easier if they are new. Getting the insides of used headers clean is a bit of a chore and will add to the cost.Quote:

My shiv is new/custom. Can you give me some of the details about the ceramic coatings you have. I need to get my headers/crossover and dowpipe coated. Was planning on taking them to Aesthetic Finishers, since that's who everyone uses for hot parts.
What all colors do you offer in the ceramic coating?

I can get satin and gloss black, blue, white, aluminum, cast alum, red and orange. The orange and red do require a clear so the price would be a bit higher. I also can also get the chrome and make it somewhat shiny however I don't currently have the buffing equipment to get the brilliant shine that is possible.
What color is that in the pic you posted?
It is a satin black and it is a ceramic specifically desinged for turbos.
on the harley color. how do you think it would look if it had clear on it..and my thinking is the cam covers and blower of the cobra.
Were you thinking a shiny clear or low gloss clear? I can try it both ways just to see how it would turn out. I won't be able to do it this weekend but sometime early next week I'll shoot a couple sample panels to see how it looks. BTW did you ever get that stuff at the firehouse ready.Quote:

Have you ever thought of doing dura-coat or gun-kote for shotgun barrels? I need my mossy 500 cleaned up and resprayed. I don't have an oven big enough for 24" barrel.
Here are some current jobs. Some v/c's and intercooler piping for an Audi S4 and some Harley parts. The Audi parts are Carbid blk on the piping and SD Fire Engine red on the v/c's and the Harley parts are mirror blk.

That color is carbide black and would just like it does on the tubing on the v/c's. Go back to post #555 and you can see what it looks like on a factory valve cover. I have plenty of that color here if you want your covers done.
Kenny, can you get me a price for my friend here at work. Its for his 91 BMW 318is.It is his Upper and lower intake.
The yellow thing in the pic is a tennis ball for reference.

are those harley parts like a black crome? ever used this on a intake or march pullies?
Actually those Harley parts are mirror black which is just a gloss black. Here is the same color on an intake.Quote:

hmmm... that last harley part look totaly differant
I think it looks different because the sun was directly overhead so it kinda made the pics look a little washed out.
Kenny does good work. I just exchanged some 5.0 valve covers in wrinkle black.
I almost didn't and was just going to leave the grimy ones on there since it kinda looked like wrinkle black.
Photos don't do his work justice. Now I have to clean up the rest of the top end...
Kenny, let me know when the other parts are done. I can be back down Tues/Weds or after 4pm on Sat/Sun.
Make sure you take before/after for the rest of the guys. :bigthumb
Also, what is the standard price on an aluminum colored upper/lower stock intake? Upper is clean, lower is grimy like the valve covers.
Here is my latest batch of ceramic. :bigthumb
