Kenny, do they make a wrinkle silver or grey?
Well the racing season is almost over so Im sure some of my pieces will make it down your way. Your work looks awesome.
Yes there is a wrinkle silver or I have the Warlock gray which is a nice textured gray w/ silver sparkle in the sun. The wrinkle silver looks nice it is actually pretty shiny. Just let me know what you have in mind.Quote:

black crome those 20's!!! whould look HOT!
thats what i was thinking
is there a black chrome powdercoat?
i'd be lying if i said i wasn't worried about powdercoating a brand new wheel lol
also, when i see black chrome wheels are they actually black chrome or are they powdercoated
would a black chrome powdercoated be super shiny like chrome chrome? clean easy with windex, etc...
i had my valve covers chrome powdercoated on my06 gt, but, it wasn't really like chrome chrome
There is a black chrome but it is a translucent color which means what every it is sprayed over will show thru. Translation it really only look good done over real chrome or a highly polished wheel.
chouldent you pc them in that near crome you have then re pc them with the bc?
Hey Rick here are the pics you have been waiting for. This is the finished product on Ricks ceramic coated exhaust parts. All I can say is these things are were built extremely well. I already have two more sets of headers sitting in the garage waiting to be done and also I am waiting on a shipment so I can begin coating some shotgun parts. Thats right I will also be coating guns for those of you guys that are into shooting. I'll keep you guys posted on the progress.

Some more updates. Here is a before and after shot of some exhaust with more of the ceramic. Also this is my first firearm I've done. It is using NIC Industries Ceracote which is formulated specifically for guns. This color is called Armor blk and just so you know they have quite a few colors to choose from.

Much better than rusted and worn bluing.
Does the gun coating come in colors?
If so let me know what colors I can get.I need my Browning BT-99 done before I get my custom stock made.
Edit:
It would help if I read Kenny's post rather than just look at his pretty photos.
Yes it comes in many colors.
Here is NIC's website of colors.

The "H" models are heat cured, the "C" are air cured when you are providing color codes to Kenny.
What in the world are those headers off of? a 4.0L ranger?
I got to see that at Kilkare on Sunday and it did turn out pretty nice. It is very similar to my 870HD
I waited way too long to get pics in good light but here is some more ceramic on some headers that were pretty nasty. First is a before that had rattle can gray over lots of rust. Also here are some pullies done in satin black.

Here is the most tedious job I've ever had. I did two holley carbs using mirror black on the main bodies and metering blocks and did the bowls in stainless. I just threw these together for picture purposes so I'm aware they are missing bolts and base plates. BTW it was also decided that the air cleaner would never be off so I did not do the choke tower or venturis. I also did some cold side turbo parts for a Cummins in more volvo dk gray metallic.
