MAF makes these cool brackets, so that I can mount up my turn signal lenses.

Got some more parts coming in, so hopefully I can have this buttoned up next weekend.
Cool!
Nice work!
Got my 2nd Turn signal Lens in, so I went ahead and bolted them both up.

Much better. I need to get a new pigtail for the drivers side as it was working, and I just jabbed the side marker light into the new lens for pics.

I figured I might as well mock up the 4" IC, and cut the headlight assembly to clear it.

I plan on having a buddy of mine come over and help me set up my new welder I got and then weld on the new front support bar. Once that is done, Ill move on to the rear and get the rear bar/parachute mounted up.
Thanks for tuning in!
Looking good pal!
sweet!
Came back from our trip and wanted to get some work done on the Mustang.
So I dropped the tank and installed the rear parachute mount.

I had a little buddy out here with me, until I fired up the grinder, then she took off to the porch. She is a stray that showed up a few weeks ago and decided to stick around us for now.

I have a friend stopping by after work this week, to help me set up my welder, then we/I will finish up the front bar install.
Progress is a beautiful thing!
Did some more work last night.

Hopefully Ill have the back all buttoned up later on tonight.
Its going to Cambo Built so that Cam can finish the CM cage, window net, seat belts and HOT & Cold sides.
My next "to do" is to make the dash come out with very little effort so that he can cut where needed and keep the car mobile.
FUn times...
Badass! What chute kit is that?
These guys.

I have used their stuff before and its nice!
I think I could safely say that your buddy Vinny would approve. Looks nice Craig.
Thanks!
Worked out in the garage last night and it seemed like I didnt do shit. I got this all together to realize that Im not happy with it. Im positive I drilled the piece with it mounted upside down, so Ill address that this evening.
Always something...

Heck Yeah!
Its easier to remove a 1/2 filled tank, than it is to install it and it sucks ass when all your fuel jugs are full. Good thing I had my Glenns Sleeper Tank handy.
https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/...25a426f_4k.jpg
Installed the tank, to only realize that Im a dumbass and hooked the feed & return lines up wrong. So I dropped it down, again, switched the lines, and it was all good.
https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/...4772642_4k.jpg
I also flipped the cross-bar and everything lined up much better!
https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/...7e22e9a_4k.jpg
Up next, weld the front bumper bar and then remove the interior and get the car up to Cam for the CM 10pt, Hot & Cold side, and Im sure Ill have other stuff for him to do as well.
Have a great weekend!
Sweet Mother of Mary!
I'm digging it! Looks good buddy.

Sweet.
Thanks guys.
Every time I pack a chute, I always ask myself, why I put one on.

https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/...8ee5f75_4k.jpg
Up next, take out the interior and make it where the dash is easily removable for my Fab guy.
Im hoping so! LOL!!
No more sleeper look. Looks great man. The whole car just looks awesome. Hope to see it look like a blurry maroon streak going down the track and so straight you can steer it with 1 finger on the wheel.
My friend from work came over last night to make sure my new Eastwood Welder was set up correctly and to weld the front support on for me.

After he was finished up, I went ahead and prepd the bar, and then sprayed on some gray paint. I only had gray, no black, but ya won't see it anyway.

Up next, tear into the interior or should I say, tear out the interior to get it ready for the 10pt addition. :)
Thanks for tuning in.
I put the front end back on to double check fitment, and it fits! LOL!!
https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/...4b4918f_4k.jpg
Hopefully next week, all these parts, will be finding their new home on the Stang!

Yall have a Great weekend!
nice stack of toys.
Looking good Craig
Nice fitment on the crash bar! Sits behind the bumper nicely.
Don't know which I envy more Craig, the car or the talent of the guy doing the work.
MAF makes some Killer parts for sure!
Seems like Ive been here before...

Dash is loose, now I just have to make sure all the pieces arent zip tied to it, so tha Cam can remove it and then fit it back up once the down bars are installed.
https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/...a06ec1b_4k.jpg
My Supervisor came in to help me, good thing I dont need supervison as she was nappin on the job!
https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/...8cb31fd_4k.jpg
Gettin serious now!
Kickass cat!
Taking it Cambo-Built on Saturday morning!
Yes, she is a very cool cat. :cool1:
Cam's customer was delayed picking up his Scamp, so I couldnt take the Mustang to him till yesterday.
https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/...1ca62a1_4k.jpg
Nice sunset made for a cool pic.
I didnt even ask Cam for an ETA, cause we all know Fab guys work on their own schedule.
