Parts arrived today, look great. Thanks Kenny.
Well I've been pretty busy but alot of the parts I've done have been the same colors I've already posted a bunch of times so I've not been posting many pics. I did do some more bonded black chrome today so since it is such a cool color I thought you guys may want to see some more of it.

That's definitely my favorite color. In direct light it shines super bright, but any other time, it just has kind of a gloss to it.

I need something that color!! Hmmmmm
I'm really starting to dig that color....trying to put together a color scheme for my engine bay and various parts for the engine...but not wanting to go overkill on black-ish color's.
One for each turbo I assume :)
Knowing Adam, he is probably just Y'ing it into the pan :D
Here is todays little project and actually something of my own. They are the super durable fire engine red.

Who's control arms are those? MM's don't have the adjustable ends like that and the Pro3i's aren't one piece bent like that but two welded together under the perch.
From what I could find they are granatelli's but I don't think they make this style anymore. Not 100% sure on that though.
Ummm, NO :DQuote:
Wow... that is my new favorite color from you Kenny... can I bring my intake back down?
For you Mopar guys here is a 440 intake in Ultimate Chrome

Here is a little commercial acct I picked up. This guy does custom pieces for f bodies and gm cars. I powder the the covers then he adds custom logos to them to the customers specs.

i bet your are glad you picked up a powder coater.. Let a guy know if you need a busniess partner, I see lots of money to be made...
Yeah what started as a Christmas present just to do a few of my own things has so far turned out to be a pretty good deal.
and I'm sure you will need it done in like 2hrs too.Quote:
After the motor plate and mid plate get trimmed to fit I will need them and my bell housing coated also...
What would you charge to do an intake elbow?
Which elbow is it? Is it like a spider elbow like the one I have?Quote:

Yea its a custom one, but its similiar to yours.
Finally got the frame for my 400ex coated today. It is more of the bonded black chrome. Unfortunatley the sun went in before I could get pics so it does not look as good as it does in person.

That looks really good. You're quad is going to be 20 lbs. heavier than the average 400ex just from all the damn powder coating.
Ha ha ha Paul you should proof read every post before they hit the board. lol Glad to see you got your moneys worth in school Blake...
Whatever :flipoff:
Thanks to Blake I shipped off a real ford wrinkle blue valve cover for color match. I am not sure what the turn around time will be but I should have the ford wrinkle blue available before too long for any of you guys that may be interested
Here is a couple parts I did for a member who is putting together a display tranny to show off a trick part he created, I'll let him go into more detail.

I believe it is a t5. I did grind a lot of the bad casting crap off to smooth it out
Those are T-5 parts, looks great Kenny thanks!
Kenny, those parts look awesome... What gun do you use if you don't mind me asking. I do some coating of my own but only for stuff around the house, small stuff, and I use a cheap gun from Eastwood at 10kv. Was thinking to upgrade and curiuos what you use. Thanks. Keep up the great work!! :bigthumb
Here is some more bonded black chrome. Thanks again Shawn:bigthumb
