Oh, look, I have a Blazer in my driveway...
Want to put that LT1 in a Blazer? ;)
Your car looks great. It also appears it is going to run great too.

spent yesterday up at rigid making some more progress on the car helping out where i can. I can't say enough good things about these guys! Can't wait to see the finished product.
When i got there we pushed the car outside and began the task of cleaning up the engine bay. It was nasty.
heres the car with the wiring all bagged up ready to be washed.

After the chromoly tube goes in for the radiator support, the motor plate and mid plate brackets get welded in, and the plate gets made for the heater core blockoff. the engine bay is getting scuffed up and repainted with a nice semi-gloss black.
then more work and more pics:D
Coming along real nice!
That car is gonna sweet dude, good luck
Very nice build.

Man those wheels are F'in sick! Almost makes an F body look good (just F'in with ya :D )
more updates and pics to come tonight
Ive got alot of love for the f-bodies, that is why i have a 95 camaro waiting for the carbed small block power after the stang is ready. Can not wait to see the new pics man.
Saw this out at Ridgid this morning...looks like it's coming along nicely!
they got the plate made to block off the HVAC hole in the firewall. gotta figure out how the F.A.S.T and MSD box will be mounted the inside of it it will be painted black

motor and mid plate are bolted up to the motor and the new motor is sitting in the car on the stock K-member for the brackets to be welded to the frame. Then it's all coming back out to paint the bay, and then it goes back in for good with the Kmember with no motor mounts

they started laying out the FAST to get it all sorted out and loomed up/etc.

once again big shout-outs to rob and bill hensley up at Rigid. I wouldnt want the car with anyone else. Amazing detail, and always there to work with you through the whole thing
got the FAST and MSD mounted to the inside of the firewall plate, still need to mount a coil on it and mount the firewall connector for the coil.

gonna get everything all bolted together back in the car before we paint the bay now since the turbo kit needs a few minor adjustments so its taking a little longer than i thought. hope to get it painted and going back together for the final time here soon
are you sure you'll be able to handle all that power????? j/k. are you goin w/ a suddle exterior or gettin some crazy paint on it? either way you go, the power your gonna make will back up a wild exterior, good luck, keep updating.
for now im gonna have the oem WS6 hood i picked up painted to match and the whole car 3 stage buffed and waxed etc to get it looking new again. may swap to a 98-02 ws6 front end down the road and have the whole car painted
thats a bada ss car! always loved the trans ams. this might be a silly question but why was the motor converted to the rear mount type dizzy? im just curious as i never saw it.
