Kenny, do you have a color that would look similar to the polished look of these WS6 wheels? These are starting to get that pitted clear coat look and I cant have that on a 19,000 mile car!
http://i180.photobucket.com/albums/x...x/IMG_0318.jpg
There are two way to handle those wheels. First is to re-polish them to a like new finish and then I could powder clear them for year of polish free good looks. Of course if they are currently clear coated that would need stripped off first. The other way to go would be to coat them in chrome/clear powder. Would look good but not as good as polished/clear. Let me know how think you would want them done.
Do you happen to have a picture of a wheel with that color on it? Sorry to be a pain in the ass!
Here are some pics of it on some wheels. It is more of a shiny silver than real chrome

Finally something of my own. Here are my new wheels for my jeep. They are polished pro comps that I coated in argento/flat clear w/ tuscan matte black screw heads. Also Gary Rohe brought me one of his k-members to do. He is making k-member/a arms for mustangs so if you guys are in the market it may be worth the phone call to get one locally. K member and a-arms(not for mustang) are in mirror black.

Rick not that I don't like more work but I hope you keep it together and RUNNING for a long time:bigthumb

I really need to figure out a good way to take pics of all these Weld 12" wide wheel barrels. They come out looking so good but is harder than hell to get a good pic of. Also some bike parts also in gloss black of course. Then we have some Mustang parts in black carbide and ford wrinkle blue. Couple more brackets in the violet transparent, just because it is a cool looking color. Last but not least a 9" center and pinion support in silver explosion

My diff covers in psycho yellow/ over silver vein which oddly enough are a very close match to the rescue green on my jeep. Next are the 4v covers in mirror black and then an 8.8 in Pacar black. Lastly some VW parts in ultimate chrome/acrylic clear and candy red fuel rail.

holy shit those Diff covers look badass.
so what does it run to have an 8.8 powder coated? Oh yeah and as soon as I can get down that way I have a front cover for you to coat.
Yeah its fun to mess with something other than black for once. Its crazy that the powder in the bag looks like canary yellow but for some reason over the silver vein it looks almost the exact color of my jeep. BTW did you ever get your quarters?Quote:

If you completely gut it of everything including bearings and bushings then clean it really good with purple power, simple green or whatever you favorite degreaser is. I'll then blast and coat it for $150. I just ask that it is clean and completely disassembledQuote:

Cool. I am planning on building up an 8.8 with 9" ends, etc. so it should be ready to coat before it all gets put back together.
Just let me know when you are ready Cam, you know where to find me.:bigthumb
Kenny, Rear end looks great. I'll wear gloves when I install it. Thanks for getting it done quickly and Matt said there was $100 delivery charge, sure hope he shared that with you. : ) j/k
derek
Like always Kenny...you do some kick ass work, I like the diff cover...something different, always cool to experiment :bigthumb

Id like to have my valve covers and piping done in the mirror black!!! That looks awesome!
Derek enjoy the rear. If you look at he pic you can see my big handprint already on it.
On the mirror black I keep plenty on hand at all times so let me know when you are ready.
On the wrinkle blue I'm running low so try to give me a weeks notice so I can be sure to have some here for you.

Damn, Kenny, those bumpers look great.
Damn straight those bumpers look awesome!!!! Kenny along with the wheels and misc other things I would like you to do, I have been talking my fiance's son into carbide black on his bumpers as well (should be arriving early July), to more closely match the bushwhackers....if you remember, his wheels are done in black chrome.
