This is better than cable.
So its not all that fast why cry about the track? Or is it because he doesn't think he can win because he won't be class protected?
Show me where I said it was to nice for Tri-State. I will save you some time I never said my car was to good for tri-state. I just stated that I wouldn't race a bicycle there and that I thought the place is a dump. So BASICALLY your wrong.
Not fast at all really. runs 10.0s NA @ 3100lbs on a little 4.6 2V, ran a best of 9.72@136 with weight out. Oh that was with a 1.27 60' to follow up on your chassis comment from earlier.
Ok your BASICALLY wrong again. I come and hang out at most SBZ events I can when I am not busy. I have been on here since day 1 and have meet some of my best friends off this very site. So don't try to twist it around that I don't respect a lot of people on this board. There are a few people that I could really care less about. Wonder which group your in:rolleyes:
See above ^
Well sorry you feel that way. We all don't have the luxury of traveling the country racing at the finest race tracks America has to offer. Guess some guys are all business and no fun
There are several guys on here that will not run their cars at TS. I'm not sure I will once I start running on 8.5s. Track is narrow, bumpy on the big end, and usually don't hook as well as Edgewater or KK. With that said..I do like TS. Can always get alot of passes in if your wanting too..plus they run t&t on saturdays. I don't blame brandon one bit. He has a very expensive dedicated heads up class race car that pushes all it's components on every pass. Heck..probably build a 8 second or better street car for what he has in his P/S car. Motor R&D isn't cheap. No reason to put test hits on it unless he knows that the track is up to him running the cars best possible numbers. He's looking for .01 improvements..heck maybe even .001 now. He has to catch those pesky M/S cars crossing over.
Hey anyone can do it. Just go towww.nmraracing.com check out the classes and the rules and find a class you can run. See then you compete against the best the country has to offer. Not just the people in the tri-state area :bigthumb
Brandon - you would probably gain that .2 if you would do something about the aerodynamics of the undersides!
Hey Craig your right better than comedy central. Lmfao!
Weather looks awesome outside right now! I'm still thinking positive!
Street car!!!! :)

I hope the chances of rain wont hurt the car count to bad.... We are coming down with the Dart so I hope it holds off!
my buddy at work said it's moving north easterly, so it could pass completely.
of course a street car doesn't have a problem driving in the rain :)
lol
Any idea how many are coming me and a buddy will be there.
No idea??? 10, 40, 70???
I have 50 2011 SCS stickers to hand out, so if I have some left over, Ill use them in the Fall.:cool1:
Lets see. He has a heads up car in a year long points Championship class that runs on the ragged edge within the rules to try and compete. I think I can understand why he may not want to run that car on what could be a marginal track that he may not get any useful info running on. Oh yea the Joliet Super Bowl race is also just 2 weeks away. With that much money and time in a highly competitive ride that has to run all year I don't blame him one bit.
Weather is looking pretty nice right now.
I hope to see you all there!!! Im heading out in a few. :cool1:
Big thanks to Craig and Cincy speed for putting this on!!! I was a great time!!
Congratulations to all the people that placed!!
Sounds like middletown brought home both plaques!! Congrats Tim!!
Yep! Congrats Tim! you made it look easy!! Good :AR15::AR15: 'in
Fun time,
hot, crappy track, but still fun!
That semi final was a fun race.
Had a great time. Car ran like shit but still fun. I've gotta get slicks on this thing, these drag radials can't handle this power.
You mean the street car with stickers that drove 49 miles to the track starting this morning driving it to work through the rain.
racing on street legal tires, then driving it 49 miles home. a/c blue tooth, stereo, 3935 lb race weight?
or the trailered car that drove 14 miles on full slicks?
Hey bill I didn't see you there
Cool car Mike!!I didnt get over to say hi but I did see ya make some passes!!
