I don't think slicks make it a race car. My car is a wife driven A/C P/S full weight car that gets drove alot but I'm not going to go and and spend another 350 bucks for MT's which are about as good as slicks after I have slicks already just to get on the list. I think driving it to the track and bolting on other tires should be O.K.
If your talking about a cruise, then race, does that mean the times posted don't mean anything and only the times after the cruise count?
if you drive it on the street "legally in every aspect" it should be on the list . sticky tires should be the only exception
