Yeah I did see someone spray his way to a 10.06@133 today before I left. Did he improve upon that?

Converter change did wonders for my car! Plus, kilkare was hookin'! Kept going a string of 10.0's, until a friend (Scott Marvin) suggested I remove a little weight from the trunk.
Congrats Chad, I glad to see it run so good. But the year isn't over, I'm gunning for ya.
I'll be right there rootin you on! Nothing like friendly competition to make you go faster!
Yeah, but if I knew you were going to go that much faster, maybe this competition would'nt have been so freindly. Jfwy, congrats.
Great Job Chad!
How much sause?
I heard he ran a hose from the bottle and shoved it in the throttle body
Congrats Chad!:bigthumb
Chads still on the little shot!! Look out cuz he's #1 now and that car was driven to the track from germantown. Thats what I call a street car!
Thanks guys! Actually had a buddy (91lxnos) offer to tow me to the track yesterday, but I was brave (dumb?) enough to decline;)
You're right Todd that's on the "little shot" but there's still a lot more left in it just the way it sits!, what'll it do with the "big jets?! That it was driven to and from the track is awesome in itself, I can verify it as I followed Chad back from the track on the interstate at 65 mph!!!!! :bigthumb
Congratulations man!!!!!! :bigthumb there's nothing better to getting them going than to swap tires and bust off a 9 second pass and drive on the highway 25-30 miles back home!...............proves you've got a street car! :D
Peace :cool2:
James
Bigger jet, race gas and some tuning and that things will be deep in the 9's. :D
Way to go partner!!!!! That car was moving OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
No, take me off the list (FOR NOW) melted three pistons (NA) somethings up but we will have it back together quickly. We took it to 93 HULKS house thinking we just had to replace a head gasket. Got it appart and was waiting for the gasket and we noticed that #4 looked funny. Rotated it around and found a 1.5" chunck missing from the piston and you could see the top ring (can you say holy chit!!!!!) Pretty Funny.....NOT! but then upon closer inspection #2 has a melted spot and #7 also. Got Ron at CRC in Carlisle getting me some new slugs overnited and we hopefully will be back in bussiness soon!!!!! and then STRAIGHT TO THE DYNO!!!!!!!!!!!!!! then to BG for some fun!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
See what Scott did 9.95 141 mph
So what, he still has a very clean, very fast street car.
Yes off to a slow start but its picking up steam now.
I will be back soon...... Ron will have the long block back to me Mon or Tues and it will be back in by say...... Thursday, and to the Dyno on Friday and hopefully to tristate Saturday for some track tests before BG!!!!!!!
Okay hopefully this will be bested in BG but this year its my best so far:
Kil-Kare Test and Tune 6/28

When will the list be updated? Looks like its getting kind of interesting. Cant wait for the shootout.
I'm not even close to #1 but would like to know if I'm stiil in the running. Either way I plan on bettering my time, just working on the tune:bigthumb
well, not there yet, can't wait to get some sticky tires
12.63@117 - tristate today
How about an update???
I heard of at least 2 new Dozen cars running at Tri State today. One making a run for the top!
It would be good to get the list updated as this is the time of year everyone is gunning for the top!
Ken

I seen a 9.99 and a 10.9 today but I'll let them tell who they are.
