Congratulations Mike, I know that you have planned for this for a very long time.
Hows it coming along Mike? Im sure you are ready for it to be done already! Id play hell trying to wait for things to finish up and have it stacked full of junk already.
Yeah, just one issue after another with this. Like today, the gravel company won't bring gravel because they are afraid of hitting tree limbs. This after I had 14 loads of gravel delivered for the floor. Sheesh. Nobody wants to work.
That seems to be a Huge problem right now ...
Companies Basically Begging for Employees !!!
Hell Amazon Distribution in West Jefferson stopped Drug tests because they couldn't get people to even apply !!!
They have signs down 29 stating Now Hiring No Drug Retail !!!
That should work out well ...
Lol
Any updates? Coming into some decent weather the next few days.
Door came in. Door guy waited a week or so to get it and when he opened the box......yep, missing parts. No door yet. I bought a breaker panel, mounting that tomorrow. Trying to connect with a guy selling wire on FB, once I get that from him, I'm renting a scissor lift and running wires. Slow progress.
Never fails does it?
Hopefully the warm weather works in your favor and your able to start getting it finished up.
Thanks Brian. Door guy called today, he'll be out next monday to install. I got the panel mounted, still no wire.

So when is the soft opening or at least the grand opening?
Have to wire it, guy I was buying the wire from ghosted me. So still looking. I'd hate to pay retail for all the wire I need. Once wiring is done, then I need 2 guys to do what they said they'd do. One is digging the trench to bury the wire, the other is hooking up on both ends.
Shorter answer, I have no clue yet. Hopefully sooner than later.
Ok, so door happened. They came as promised on Monday and then came back on Tuesday and finished up with the door opener and trim. I think it looks great and it is smooth as silk. Very high caliber door and installation. C&C garage doors is who did it. Highly recommend them. Anyway, wiring is next, then paint floors or do ceiling, whichever one I get to do first. After that, equipment moves in. Then, I call Chad and tell him when to come up and check out the place! Hopefully you'll have a car by then!
