Cool feature uses threaded rings to install them. They also have nice plugs for all the connections. You can also daisy chain the power/ground/lighting wires. Each gauges comes with the sensors, and is also a peak and hold. They also have a programmable warning LED.

Kevin anymore updates?
Wow, looks awesome!!
What do you think this car will run,and hp numbers,Its a bad ass build....
With the proper tune and that turbo and chassis setup. This pinto should be a easy 9.xx 1/4 mile car.
AWESOME!!!!!!
I don't want to set any expectations for the car till we get it out there and start having some fun. We have an appointment on April 10th at E-Water to have the cage certified.
Nice Pinto there, you do nice work. I have four Pinto's currently however one is a parts car. I hope to start my Turbo project later this year. I will be following your thread:D
Good work Kevin, are you going to have this done before the reunion?
Ford 2300 based engine. Ford limited "production" tall deck block. Stroked to ~2.7 liters. Custom rotating assembly. Esslinger aluminum ARCA head. O-ring'd setup. Solid lifters, big turbo cam.
We ended up going with a external pump wet sump setup. The intake manifold volume is slightly larger than engine displacement. Each runner has a bell-mouth sticking into the plenum. Current turbo is a Super T-70. Exhaust turbo header is an equal length, equal degree of bend setup, out of stainless pipe.
3" turbo to AWIC piping, 3" transition to 4" out of AWIC, into 4" throttle with mechanical linkage.

No air filter, just a screen up front. Removed passenger side turn signal and replace it with a screen setup. Then ducted it straight to the turbo inlet.

For the AWIC setup we have a ~5-6 gallon insulated ice water tank. Off the pump we put a two way valve to pump it out to fill it back up with ice. There is a 6" fill hole for the tank for easy ice fill. Inside the tank there is a screen to keep large pieces of ice from getting chomped up in the pump.

Current status: Fluids have been filled, pressurized and leak checked. The car is waiting on me to finish up getting the tune ready, and then fire it. Then off to the dyno for some tuning.
wow looks wonderful
but where is the passenger seat ? hehe
Pretty for a Pinto.
Whose gauges and size? Those are sharp.

Speedhut Revolution series. Pretty much unheard of, but their product offerings are awesome.
Wow Kevin... looks amazing. The quality of the work put into this car is unbelieveable... it's almost a show car as well as a race car!
