Thanks fellas. It's going to be out and about this year. I'm chasing an odd rpm error that's driving me nuts but I'll figure it out.

Ninja edit: I figured it out.

    9.47 @ 144.00 1.46 - Rick93coupe ('93 Coupe, 351W based Turbo)

This was the boost curve. Leaving any harder than 3 psi was a smoke show, so I ramped it in slow.

If I can get it to leave on some power, it should actually run pretty good.

I haven't updated the thread in awhile. I pretty much took 2018 off, we had a slew of extra expenses that kept my play money tight. Anyway, I sold my old highport heads and box intake. Picked up a new set of CNC 225 highports, some flat top pistons, a super vic intake that was flow balanced by Tom Moss and a Wilson elbow.
I have to build a new set of headers since the ports are so much larger. With any luck it'll be back out first of the year, intercooled finally, so I can turn it up.

I'm going to get with Kenny to powder coat the intake and elbow black. He did a dual plane air gap for me a few years ago that looked awesome.

Thanks, It should be worth all the effort. I only went to the NMRA final and KK last Thursday, pretty much avoided the track otherwise. Last Thursday got me pumped, everyone was out there running damn good. I'd like to bottle that feeling to sip on over the winter!

Who did the CNC work on the heads? They straight out of the box or from a company like Fox Lake or so? They look good!

Sure hope to see some passes from it next season. Nice mods. You could stick your fist in the Wilson Elbow.

Straight from trick flow, who purchased total engine airflow.

I never actually measured it, it'll be wearing my 90mm throttle body either way.

You know, I might be able to make that. I'm a set of bearing away from slapping it back together.

Greg thought I should bump my old thread. I may move all the old pictures over to flickr some day.

I started throwing together my old shortblock a few weeks ago. Still rocking the stock block. I found some used flat tops with my compression height, added new rings and bearings and an oil pump. I got the heads and intake bolted down last night, just need to find a small 4150 spacer to go under the elbow so I can clear the new aeromotive fuel rails on the SV. I had about 1.5" taken out of the sump of my oil pan because it was so close to the ground, so I just need to modify the pickup and the engine is ready to go back in. I picked up some new down and forward turbo headers, so I have to build a new crossover and modify the downpipe and add the wastegates.

Who made those headers? They look pretty nice?

Glad to see you bump the thread and get back at it!

The headers are made by Valley Speed, they have a FB page, that's where I found them. I may need to modify these headers, I'll know this week. I got an early set, since then he's changed them up a bit and gave them more frame rail clearance (really only and issue on 351 based engine) and shortened up the collector a couple of inches.
I think it's going to work out for what I'm wanting to do, if not I already have another set of flanges. I'll just cut these off and make some room. Fingers crossed I don't need to add that fab work.
