    Fuel Pressure Question: Magnaflow Pump

I have a fuel cell, magnaflow pump EFI 600, -10 lines to the rails and then the regulater (Aeromotive)-two dash 8's in then a -6 return. My question is as soon as I turn the key the pump primes the system to 48psi but as soon as the pump shuts off, the system falls to 0psi in a matter of 3 to 4 seconds. Is this normal for this pump/system? Should it hold Pressure?

My last system was two cartech pumps and a stock fuel tank, this system held pressure for several minutes.

    Thanks.

Yeah, it's common. The A1000s do it all the time.

Well it holds a steady pressure when the car is running. I guess the pumps do not have a checkvalve in them to hold the pressure.
