They found that woman who was 9 months pregnant dead and charged the boyfriend with 2 counts of murder. I am glad they charged him. If he did it and they can prove it without a reasonable doubt, he should fry soon. Of course he will have 25 years of appeals. Our wonderful justice system at work.

I was watching the news... and they said they thought his lawyers went to the prosecutors with a plea bargain... he would tell where the body is in exchange for life in prison. Not sure how true that is?

What's worse is the 2 year old that he left in the house for a day and a half ALONE was his own kid. The wonderful cop that he was had 2 kids from his estranged wife and 1-2 other kids with another woman...seems to me he just needs a certain part cut off from his body and the mother of Jessie Davis should be allowed to hold the knife!

Her house was in north canton and they found the body in summit county which is about 25 min away. They haven't said exactly where the body was found, probably so people don't go near the area and tamper with anything while the investigation is still going on.

I googled for news sites in canton and found a tv station web page which said it was a park in Summit County and they were able to find her because they traced the boy friends movements by his cell phone and he was in that area.

I work in the same area where the boyfriend (a policeman) works and she lived. A lot of my clients/patients knew her. Such a sad series of events.
