Haven't seen yours personaly but I will say Honda CRF 250's are the best motocross bike in the 250 class you can buy. Quality from factory is hand over fist better than Suz,Kaw,Yam.

Im pretty sure 4 stroke 250's race in the 125 class. 426's and 450's race in the 250 class.
