Any local places that build nice th-400 trannys with brake?

I'd rather buy from a local builder in case something goes wrong with it.

I'm looking for a built th-400 with transbrake for a twin turbo setup in my 94 cobra.

Look up extremeautomatics. Thats who I bought mine through. Lonnie's a real cool guy. The guys at Turbobuicks have a lot of good words to say about him.

I'll second Lonnie at Extreme, he seems like a pretty cool guy and I've heard great things about his transmissions.

Wow. That is really close to me......about 30 minutes. I didn't think there would be anyone out my way.

    Thanks.

a 3rd vote for Lonnie. He's a buddy of mine, let me know if you need to contact him. 513-545-3072, email info@extremeautomatics.com, or website http://extremeautomatics.com/.
He has built a lot of stuff for my car. All top notch. My th400 from him is the most reliable piece on the car

    Really??

    Powerglide 18 hp
    TH350 36 hp
    TH400 44 hp
    Ford C6 55-60 hp
    Ford C4 28 hp
    Chrysler A904 25 hp
    Chrysler 727 45 hp

I've seen numbers a lot more drastic too between the c6 and th400. I am talking like 40 for the 400 and 65+ for the c6.
