Is it 85 mph or 140? Does everything work

140 MPH. I don't know if everytrhing works cause its out of a 90+ car and my car is a 89. The wiring was susposed to have changed from 89 to 90, so the plugs didnt match up. I'll be bringing this cluster to the show on Sunday, if your still interested let me know.
