The reason I had to sell the convertable

This is why I had to hurry and sell the convertable (ryan's old car)

68 Cougar with t5 convertion, 9 in with 4:56 gears w/spool and a 3:90 with posi. Rust free car that is Complete running car minus the longblock I have to pull and return (installing my explorer motor w/ e cam and 1.7's). I am very pumped about this as I realy love these and can't wait to make it look like it does in my head with paint!

Keeping in mind that the interior is a dark red any suggestions for a color for the bottom half of the car? I am thinking a dark gunmetal metalic but unsure what car might be Oe I can get a code off of.

Also anyone have some old low back seats that recline?

I don't even know yet I have not got that into in yet and well I don't even realy care too much as I am just gonna build it as I want since even if it was 100 correct it is not worth a bunch so I am just gonna make a clean driver that goes well, stops well, and is reliable enough to beat on and not break.

Oh and my engine is going in tomorrow just after I do a quick clean up of the engine bay. Then I am taping it up for a coat of black base coat for the summer and then getting lowerd 2in all the way around. And then we will be ready for play time till winter.

Don't you work in Reynoldsburg? Like off Rt16 and Brice road, or somewhere close.

    Looks like a great project.
