With a quick search, I found this. Hope it helps.

Non-locking:
B - 2:47:1 ('79-'82)
8 - 2.73:1 ('80+)
Y - 3.08:1 ('79+)
5 - 3.27:1 ('83+)
F - 3.45:1 ('79+)

Locking:
C - 2:47:1 ('80-'82)
M - 2.73:1 ('81+) (V8)
Z - 3.08:1 ('79+) (V8)
E - 3.27:1 ('83+) (V8)
R - 3.45:1 ('79+) (GT Turbo, '84 SVO)
W - 3.73:1 ('85-'86) (SVO)

What you need to know.

i found the original window sticker for my car and it say "optional ratio axle" so im trying to figure out which gear is in it

Mark the driveshaft and one of the tires. Rotate the tire one full turn while you count how many times the driveshaft turns.

Example: 1 turn of the tire, 3 1/2 turns of the driveshaft = 3:55.
1 turn and 3 3/4 turn = 3:73.
