    Cobra intake

Hey guys just needing a little help; i have a 95 gt 5.0 and just bought a 93 cobra intake. I have bought the adapter kit to fit my 95. My question is; is this a common upgrade or did i get myself into some i will regret?

I got the same setup on my 95..its common its the same setup if u have the adaptor, the only diff. is the intake for the 95 curves but u take care of that wit the elbow.

It's common. My only thing is I had to notch some of the insulation under my hood in 2 places to clear the intake.

I am also having problems with the studs being to long on the intake and not able to place the adapter on. i tried making them shorter; but had only two threads on.

Mine was already on when I bought it. I notched the insulation to get the 2 little bulges out of the hood. Can you remove the studs and get bolts to put in place?

Trick #1. Go Fox or Modular, lmao! Actually I hear good things about them if you convert them to a Fox throttle body and get rid of that elbow.

I'm hoping to trade 91lxnos for his 97. I wanted a mod motor, but I couldn' pass up the deal I got on my 94.
