Got back from vacation last week and started new quarter at school so didn't get anything done. Hoping to get quite a bit done this week. I'll give you a call after my cousins funeral tomorrow so we can hook up and try to get your engine set in. Won't have a ton of time but should have enough to get that done if you have things pretty much ready. We both need to get going, time's a wastin'.

Forget what I just said, just saw your thread. Glad to see you got it in there. The exhaust is going to be sweet.

Thanks man, I appreciate the offer anyway. I'm hoping to take the car down this weekend. He's saying it'll only take a day to get the exhaust on and modify the crossmember. Then all my shizzle can get coated finally and put in place permanently!

Getting some things done, but nothing really picture worthy at this point. So I figured I'd throw up some pics of the Wolfe adjustable spring mount that I put in while doing the mini tub. The spring sits in a cup cut into the frame and still rests on the lower control arm. It gives about 3-4" of adjustment. Fairly slick but kind of a PITA to put in.

Thanks Mike. That is the red coupe in the background. Crazy when you think how much time has passed since then. Hoping to have it finished fairly soon too.

Just got done talking to him a few minutes ago, I'll tell him you said Hi when I talk to him next.

LOL ... 300 sounds about right, this one is what it is and will be completed. No more worrying about class racing, no more babies, etc. I'm just putting it together with this crazy collection of parts I have laying around and enjoying it for a change. I did do the twins over the winter vs. the single I have but that was just something I did to be a little different. BTW .... I have a nice T6 flanged Turbonetics 85mm dual ball bearing turbo and a huge air-to-water cooler to get rid of if anyone reading this is interested.

A regular coil-over setup would have been much easier. I had done this to fit class rules for a class that no longer exists. It's nice but I wouldn't recommend it unless you're a glutton for punishment like I am.

Its been a while but I'm actually finding time to work on my junk so I'm hoping to have regular updates again to this build. Finishing my last quarter of school now and my schedule has freed up considerably.

Got all my new front end parts put on this weekend. I got the coil-over kit on, the new hubs, tubular a-arms, C/C plates, struts, and wheels.

Just can't decide if I want to keep the MT wheels or use the old 4 luggers for the sleeper look.

    Here's the old.

    Here's the new.

What ya think? I'll get more/better pics of whole setup when I get it completely finished as I just have it "roughed in" right now. Updates to follow.
