Ive never been to worried about his cars. He has had some nice shit but they get blown up, parted out, or some other crazy shit. 11.00`s on a 200 shot aint shit if ya ask me. I hope to get mine down some then add some boost with a nice tune and be able to drive it all the time.
Did u hear what happen to bds?. HE GOT JUMP BY TWO GUYS. At Tri state racetrack. A weak ago and i was told it wasn't good for the to guys. BDS HAD 10 GUYS BESIDE HIM LIKE IT WAS MAGIC. THAT'S WHAT HE GETS I GUESS....
yes wowoowoowowoowoowoowowowoowowooooooowoow u guys r clowns,,,,,,,
OK Ive been doing some thinking and talking with a few people and a buddy of mine made me a deal I couldnt turn down so Raz is now the new owner of my Gould #15. Well he is the one I bought it from so he just got it back with the new DP 347. Hope he is as happy with it as I was. In exchange for the car I ended up with Denny Reed's nasty ass 1270 hp Vortech blown 427 windsor turbo 400 combo. Now I'll be back on the prowl for a chasis that will handle this ungodly amount of power!!! Here is a picture of my new score!

Ive never been a fan of the carb but this set up is nice. Im still on the fence with it. Also I think I'd rather have a glide as well so... If I was to go Fuel injected what would your choice be?

I am not the one to ask on that, lol. I stick with mass air and stock electronics. I hear that bs3 is the one to go with, but I know very little about other than the ones I have installed. Also, there is no one that will give you any training on how to tune with it, or what all the parameters mean/do. I just didn't have the patience or the time to sit down and relearn how to tune, but I believe in hind site that it would be worth it.
Everything is good with this setup and he drove the car on the street with no problems. I wish he would have made some full throttle passes and saw the real potential of it though. That may be something for the future once I get it in and see how things turn out. I feel like throwing up right now and cant even sleep!!!

Just all the negative talk on the 400. Im gonna keep it the way it is since right now I dont even have a car!!! I just think it would hold the power better.

What negative talk have you been hearing? The Turbo 400 is a very good trans with a ton of strength. Nothing wrong with a 'glide setup or wanting to swap to one but you may be trying to fix something that isn't broke?
Looks like a killer setup. Find a good chassis and roll with it.

If you wanna sell that BT carb hit me up buddy, what model in that vortech? setup looks great! you ever wanna tade I got a couple motors I'd trade
Im going to keep everything the same till I get it in a car and see how things work. I know Denny drove it all over and it all worked good for him. Hell Im about to weld up a stand just so I can start it and hear it run!!!
