Were at? Id buy several at that price.

More guns I would go for:

    M1 Garand
    Saiga 12 ga
Chechpoint Vz58 (original Czech receiver only, no ORF guns)
    PPSh-41 or a PPS-43
PSL (original Cugir receiver only, no homebrews)

My friend bought his a Target World for $750. Flat top model. That price is not uncommon nowadays. You can pick them up at the gunshow for about the same.

Dunno what to tell you guys.. I guess you aren't looking at the right time? Anything over $750 is too much for a standard AR IMO. I can see a .308 version or the OBR going for over a grand but not a plain flat top Colt LEO model. Just need to keep your eyes peeled and you'll find em cheap.

As for the Fairmont, she's one of a kind. Probably gives the cars in the "rarest SB car thread" a run for their money

Wow that thing is clean . I wish I would have found this last year my crew cab is rust free but the paint is a bit scratched up .

I spent a bit of time on it last night.. the car is rediculously clean for a 35 year old car. It was rustproofed and I think that's what has kept it so rust free. I did find a bit of rust at the bottom inside of the driver's side rear door on the pinch. It's still nowhere near as bad as my 2000 F150's doors though. The other doors looked great, checked in the trunk corners- solid as hell- no rust. I actually got it started using starter fluid- the carb is bone dry though and it kept dying. I'm *this* close to yanking the drivetrain/fuel system and doing it up myself if someone doesn't take it off my hands soon.

List it on foureyedpride.com if you haven't already. You might get a bigger following for it over there.

Foureyedpride guys would go nuts over it but you'd have to have 100 posts first in order to even post it.

This looks like my first car, but mine was a 6 cylinder. Wish i had the extra funds i'd buy it from you, but i have an 87 GT Stang project i'm currently working on & trying to trade it on a nice driveable 4cylinder 5 speed notch if anyone know of any, Sweet "SLeeper"
