I was figuring at least the same thing give or take a few hundred HP or so and then a few hundred more.

Just fitted the engine block to the trans and got it in the car for the initial phase of the mock up. This is going to utilize an engine plate and mid plate, never done this before so I am going to be very cautious on everything. I have no doubt that I will be able to do this without any problems.

Next I will put the heads on and fit the headers, exhaust and drive shaft. I have to get everything set up and ready for the real engine that will be going in. I'm really going to try to keep my goal of having this running this summer. I'm going to let the engine builder break this in on the engine dyno so it is ready to go prior to the install.

Well, I can't deny nor confirm that but I still have a long way to go. I still have to finish the fire wall as you pointed out, I have the pieces just need to focus on that after I finish mocking up the engine and trans.

Saw this car yesterday in person. There is nothing half arsed on this car. And the X-pipe/exhaust assembly BTW looks like it could pass solid waste its so freaking big. Saying 3.5" exhaust and then seeing 3.5" exhaust is two different things.
The roll cage is some of the most beautiful work I have ever seen. Talk about some very nice engineering and fabrication work. SWEET!
Pictures do it no justice Shayne. You have to finish this car and roll it out for everyone to see. Even if it is only in primer. It is awesome.
