Thanks, I think I can get custom ones made. The dealer said it would probably take 3 weeks to get them. I didn't feel like waiting so I decided to just get a piston.

The bottom end is finally back together. I'll hopefully start installing it into the car this weekend.

Thanks! I just ordered another flex plate. The current one is missing a tooth. I guess I need to wait another week to drop it in.

Wait, so the range is .0102"? Thats huge! Most are .002" range. Maybe .003. Ten thou is a lot.

Check out bore standard. There is a bunch of wiggle room.

Steamed cleaned my engine compartment tonight. It's not perfectly clean but it is 100x better than the greasy mess it once was.

I hear ya, but read the next group to the right. It's.0004" spread. I believe that .0102" spread is a misprint possibly.

Nice catch! Above there is a 96.00 to 96.03 mm spread which is 3.7795" to 3.8070" or .0012" spread.

The piston clearance is a lot bigger too compared to the AC125A. Wonder why that is?

I'm not entirely sure but I wonder does the diameter of the piston play a role in it?

I had a short window before fiber to put on the new flex plate and lower the motor into engine compartment. I'll need to raise the transmission to line up the motor. Tomorrow I hope to have it mounted.

Getting closer, mounted the crossmember, finished bolting up the transmission and put the head on today.

^^^ WHOA!!! HOLD ON THERE!! You have a garage the size of three of my houses. I've seen the photos. There's no way you filled that thing already. NO WAY!
