That would be pretty cool! Sure make people ask questions!

Yeah.. I want it quiet so it will hopefully maintain the sleeper look when running. I may add an electric cut out later on.

Just need to weld in another V band which I got last night and finish the welds. I got the route figured out. I’ll add the Wastegate once I’m done with that and start wrapping certain sections of the exhaust.

So I have an extra turbo lying around so I did what any normal person would do and turned it into a desk clock for work. Mike this is what we were talking about.

Spent sometime going over the welds, smoothing the opening to turbo flange and adding the wastegate. This should’ve my last fitment before I go ahead and wrap and put the exhaust all the way on.

Something so cool about doing it all yourself. I really enjoy that personally. It's not so much the money savings, as just that feeling of accomplishment you get. Looking good so far Joe.

I’m at a good point where I believe all the mechanical items are mostly figured out. I hope to be wiring it up starting next week. I still got to figure out about vacuum hoses.

Thank you! It’s nice having a tinker toy. A lot of things I’m doing here I would of never attempted doing to the Cobra(definitely not a LS swap, haha). I was thinking about putting the old Volvo motor in an old Ford Ranger and making fun little pickup. I think next time I would do things sorta differently. It is very rewarding getting something accomplished.

I’m in the middle of wiring the car up. Most of mechanical items are pretty much done.

    Great work Joe!

You are making some good progress! Looks like you're not far from getting it fired up.

    Wires reached!!!

Below solved an under sized relay on the fuel pump. Nice thing the wires from the Holley Terminator system just have to drive a relay coil instead of a pump so I don’t have run another 8-10 gauge wire back to the pump.
